A Young Girl Reading by Jean Honore Fragonard Print On Wood Vintage. Unique piece. Approx. 12 3/4" x 10 1/2". This piece is dark, the light on it makes it look lighter than it actually is. It has writing on the back that says "A McCalls reproduction of A Young Girl Reading by Jean Honore Fragonard National Gallery Of Art Washington, D.C." Im unsure who wrote it. Im assuming this was out of a McCalls magazine and then placed on the wood. It appears that there are several layers of shellac/varnish? over the top of it because there are some bubbles and cracks in the finish but not the wood. Also has a The Poor Women Houston,TX. sticker on the back. Smoke free home..
