DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS:

Damaged: PLEASEJUST EMAIL ME AS WE DO NOT USE THE RETURN SERVICE AS WE DO NOT TAKERETURNS. WE FILE A CLAIM AND GET YOURREFUND OR REPLACEMENT TO YOU RIGHT AWAY.THANK YOU!! All items are shipped from my distributor new in theoriginal packaging. Please contact us by email in the event that your itemarrives with damage. we can replace the item right away with pictures of thedamage. In very rare (basicallynever) situations my distributor will require a return for the quality controldepartment to review and will send a prepaid return label for the return if itever happens. This is so rare and weusually replace or refund so please do not use the Ebay Return Service as youwill not be returning your item and that return service dispute will sit openredundant when there will be no return and hurt my rating. If youjust email me with photo(s), we can have a replacement or refund right out toyou! We dont use the return service as I have my ownreplacement/refund service that is easier, better and faster.
Returns: Wenever have returns so please message us before starting a return as I usuallyalways am able to get you a refund or replacement without returning. We tryour best to picture my items well and include accurate descriptions withdimensions (usually always in description more than once, specifications andsometimes the title). Please email withany questions! In the event that a purchase is not what you were thinking oryou misjudged it and you would like to return it, please note that buyer paysall return shipping and my distributor withholds a 20% restocking fee andoriginal shipping cost. Please email me first as we usually dont havereturns, but if it becomes necessary, we need to get an RA number so it getscredited to the right order. When you returnit without contacting me, eBay charges me all the shipping which is notnecessary as we dont ask for it to be returned and I end up paying all theshipping for a damaged item or some other reason. It also can hurt my rating. Also, please consider whether returning willbe worth it with to you with the restocking fee and shipping, etc. Perhaps consider gifting or donating it andalso ask all questions before you buy.You may also resell it. DELAYED SHIPMENTS & DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
Occasionally an item will discontinue or stock will runlow creating a delayed ship status before I have a chance to close the auction.If you should make a purchase of an item that turns out to be on delayedshipment status I will contact you right away to make arrangements to continuewith the delayed shipment, exchange the item or process a return. I don't getany warning when stock is low and, as hard as I try, this situation is beyondmy control. I do my best to provide a worry-free experience and patience isvery much appreciated.
