This work looks at her original art, presented by her to John Ruskin, and other friends of hers.

Greenaway was a Victorian artist, well beloved for her childrens book illustrations, produced in the Golden Age of book illustration. Most of her drawings depiction Queen Anne style costume, an imaginary eighteenth century style rather than Victorian.

CONDITION

In the original publishers cloth binding. Externally, smart. A few light marks and some rubbing to the boards and spine. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
