Fantastic collection of about 127 mint never hinged US plate blocks from 1977 to 1981. Four stamps per plate block (PB) unless otherwise indicated, for example, PB12 for 12 stamps, PB20for 20 stamps. Many of these are PB10 or PB20, some with high value. All plate blocks in protective glassine holders mounted on pages of a leather Minkus plate block album contained in a red sleeve.
