·Newitems will have come from a supplier and will be in original, unopenedpackaging. Some new items may be“seconds” or have flaws but are still considered new. This will be listed in detail in thedescription.
·Pre-ownedper our policy means an item that was owned by a private party and still hasuseable life to it. Most of ourpre-owned items come from estate sales or consignments. Under normal circumstances, we do notclean pre-owned items, they are sold the way we acquire them, unless statedotherwise in the description. We will do our very best to describe thecondition of every item as accurately as possible and will happily supplyplenty of photographs.We cannot guarantee that pre-owned items come frompet or smoke free environments.
·Pre-Owned Clothing policy:Most of our pre-owned clothing is laundered before listing. Laundered items may contain a lingering smell. We recommend that you launder your itembefore wearing. We cannot guarantee thatpre-owned items come from pet or smoke free environments.
·Vintage& antique items are researched and verified for authenticity. These items are sold “as is” in the conditionwe receive them. Some items willhave some normal wear & tear. Some items may have chips or cracks orscratches (as is the case for a lot of vintage & antique items). We will do our very best to describe thecondition of every item as accurately as possible and will happily supplyplenty of photographs.
Buyer'sRemorse ~If you are the lucky winner of one of our items,congratulations and thank you! If you feel remorse for purchasing for anyreason, that is completely out of our control and you will still be responsiblefor paying for your auction. Sorry.
Payment~NancysKnicknacks only accepts payment through PayPal.Payment is expected within 24 hours of winning an auction unless otherarrangements have been made. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay.
ShippingCharges ~Shipping charges listed are an estimate based on weight,location, and handling unless USPS flat rate. NancysKnicknacks is locatedin the great state of Idaho. Priority shipping from Idaho to the Mid-Westand/or East Coast can be significant.
Shipping~Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of paymentreceived unless it is a weekend day. Items are packaged as carefully aspossible. We primarily use the USPS to ship packages but can use UPS orFedEx. NancysKnicknacks does not provide insurance so we always recommendadding insurance during checkout due to the fact that once it leaves our doorwe have no control on how those Postal, UPS or FedEx guys treat your package.
