When are your operation hours?

Our in office hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm. We are not open on weekends, so if you send us a request on Friday evening we wont get back to you until Monday afternoon. Please dont take it as us ignoring you! We will work on your request Monday and get back to you as soon as we can. Also, if you order from us on a Friday evening or Saturday morning we wont start processing your order until we open on Monday. That means on Monday it will be pulled and prepped for shipping, then picked up by the postman on Tuesday morning.

When will you ship my item? The tracking hasnt moved.

We realize youre eager to get your item, so if the tracking hasnt moved in a few days please dont be concerned. We give the postman a lot of packages daily, sometimes as many as 100, so he does not scan each item for us upon pickup as he says it would be too time consuming for him to do so. If you get a tracking number from us, that almost always means your item was picked up by the postman the next business day. The USPS is also imperfect. There are times when the tracking wont even show movement until its in your areas regional distribution center. This is normal in our experience.

Is this original artwork?

Yes! I am a professional comic book art dealer with 20+ years experience. The image pictured is one of a kind original artwork unless otherwise described.

Can you issue a COA?

We can, upon request. Please make sure you leave us a note while checking out and shoot us a message immediately after requesting one, just to be sure.

What is your base shipping for art?

$10 for Domestic, International varies depending on location. Please use eBays shipping calculator for specifics.

What is your base shipping for CGC comics?

Domestic for CGCs are $10 for the first and $5 for each additional one you add.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, of like items. Such as: several comics can fit in one cardboard mailer, as can more than one record. Multiple art pages can easily be combined because they are light and thin. Where combined shipping differs is with size and weight. For instance, two statues require a much bigger box. Same goes for CGCs, as the package gets bigger and heavier as you go.

Do you ship well? Ive had some bad experiences...

You neednt worry; we are professionals who value your business and want your item to arrive safely as much as you do. I have been collecting for over 30 years. I send out items the way I would like to receive them.

The tracking says my item is "OUT FOR DELIVERY" in New Jersey. Why is that?

If the tracking indicates that the item is "OUT FOR DELIVERY" in NJ dont worry, its just what the tracking says when its carried over from the postman to the sorting center. This is normal for our Post Office and will not impact you receiving your item in a timely matter.

Have these CGCs had any previous owners?

No. I have personally sent in almost all of these to CGC and had them returned to me, offering them fresh to the market for the 1st time.

I changed my mind after successfully winning the auction or fixed price listing, will you cancel the transaction?

Please only bid or hit BUY IT NOW if you are willing to follow through and pay for the item, we will not cancel the transaction. As a seller, eBay penalizes us every time we cancel an order, so it is detrimental to our business to do so. Therefore if you will not pay, then youll have to let eBay cycle this to an "unpaid item" and accept whatever action eBay deems necessary.
