A very scarce three part 1930s German language study of traditional Chinese medicine, published by the Pharmicological Institute of the Keijo Imperial University.
With three parts bound together, each with individual pagination and title page.
Part one, published in 1933, concerns drugs made from herbs, flowers, seeds and fruits. Part two, published in 1934 concerns drugs made from barks, stems, roots and buds. Part three, published in 1937, concerns drugs made from seaweeds, fungus and lichen.
The work of Japanese botanist Tsutomu Ishidoya.
Illustrated with vignette photographs.
With the publishers original front and rear wraps of part I bound in to the rear.
With errata slips tipped in to parts II and III title pages.
With the bookplate of the University of London - stamped withdrawn - to the front pastedown, and to the verso of the publishers original wrap bound in to the rear. No further internal library markings.

CONDITION
In a full cloth library binding. Rubbing to spine head and tail, with light marks to boards. Publishers paper wraps bound in to the rear. Library bookplate to front pastedown, and verso of bound in front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
