This is a vintage sterling pin Made in Taxco , Mexico and signed with the initials E A C. It is in the shape of a fish and appears to be layered with black onyx between sterling on the top and alpaca on the pin side. It reads "brioche Alpaca" and I am not sure if the whole back or just the pin mechanism is alpaca. On the front it has inlaid symbols, gold tone , which could be gold or copper. The pin is 2 1/4" long and 5/8" high , weighs 8 grams and is in very good condition with only slight surface scratches.
