Written by Reginald Hodder and Edgar Turner, who wrote a number of works together, including this novel and The Armada Gold.
The Purloined Prince is a romance novel filled with twists and mishaps, narrated by Oxford undergraduate Harry Osborne, set in a number of locations across the world.
Illustrated by Irish artist Albert Morrow, with nine plates and a frontispiece. Collated, complete.
CONDITION
Bound in the publishers original cloth. Externally, excellent, withlight bumping to the extremities and the odd small mark to cloth. Spine has darkened slightly. Hinges are a little strained but holding firm. Age toning to endpapers, with the authors ink inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with the odd handling mark.
