Rivers, towns, cities, and railways are noted, with elevation rendered by hachure. Offers color coding at the county level. The map includes five insets in the lower left quadrant. These feature the plans of Salem, Springfield, Lowell, Worchester and Boston. A distance table is also included. The whole is surrounded by a beautiful border. Map is copyrighted to 1863. Issued as a pocket map by E. P. Dutton and Co. in 1868. Published at the Boston Map Store. Size: Printed area measures 20.5 inches high by 30.5 inches wide. Condition: Good. Some wear and toning along original fold lines. Left border and margin shows minor damage. Some foxing at places. Printed on thin paper. Top margin includes glued black tape, left margin includes white tape, not affecting printed image. Shipping: Shipping rates are not negotiable.
