 The majority of our Trading Cards are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Cards are placed in "Penny Sleeves" and plastic Top Loaders. Exceptions may be made in listings sold as "Lots". In those cases at least 2 cards will be in Top Loaders, all will be in "Penny Sleeves" then will be placed into "Team Bags". Pieces of cardboard are placed on the front and back sides of the card(s) then packaging tape is used to secure everything together. The cards are then shipped inside of a Bubble Mailer. To cover materials and shipping cost a Flat Rate Charge of $3.75 is charged for each order.
Large lots of cards are shipped inside BCW Card Storage Boxes. Cardboard is placed inside to prevent the cards from moving or shifting inside the box. For these items, the cheapest shipping method available will be used and anywhere between $8 and $12 will be charged for shipping and materials (depends on the size). On auctioned listings, I reserve the right to use eBays Standard Envelope Shipping service even when the standard shipping charge of $3.75 is applied to the listing. The $3.75 charge will still be applied to the final cost when this happens. International Shipping is performed only via the eBay Global Shipping Program. In these instances the "Free Shipping" we offer applies only to the eBay shipping center in Kentucky. All further shipping, fees and charges are to be determined by eBay and charged directly to the buyer. As the seller, I do not have access to this information or what the charges are before the purchase is made. I am only made aware of the total purchase price after the purchase has been made.  Returns are accepted ONLY when the card or cards received do not match the listing or description. Issues such as buyers remorse, changing of mind or price fluctuations are not valid reasons for a return. We expect visual documentation that shows what you receivedis not the same as what was pictured. These pictures are to be taken BEFORE the card is removed from their plastic Top Loaders. As reasonable and honest people, we expect those whom we do business with to be honest and reasonable as well. Ultimately our goal is a smooth transaction that ends in a fair and satisfying transaction for both parties. If there are any issues beyond what was clearly depicted in the description and pictures of the items, we are willing to work on a resolution fair to both parties. As a family, we enjoy opening packs of cards so we just resell the contents. We often join breaks as well when retail product is hard to come by.
